Process Statement

All of my images are shot with 35mm Tri-x film and digitally scanned. I learned to print in a traditional darkroom and now I use Photoshop which provides the tools to make the images I seek to create, especially burning and dodging. I am primarily drawn to photographing at night, so the contrast between the lights and darks and the details in the darks are crucial for the mood of my photographs. The images are then printed on my Epson 3800 printer. Ink stability rated at over 200 years. I use the Epson luster archival paper that I love for the intense blacks it produces. For me the results are beautiful.

Edition and Purchase Information

The photographic prints are for sale. Each image is in an edition of 20 prints, numbered and signed in verso.
